MEDICAID TRANSPORTATION INTELLIRIDE
IntelliRide manages non-emergency medical and non-medical transportation for Health First Colorado (Medicaid) members in the state of Colorado. We accept trip reservations and arrange member rides for covered services with qualified transportation providers. Members without access to transportation may be eligible to receive free rides to covered healthcare appointments and quality-of- life services.
Schedule your ride at least two business days before your appointment using one of the following options.
To schedule your ride, please have the following information:
• Your name, Medicaid ID, and pick up address.
• Your doctor’s or facility’s name, address, and telephone number

• The date and time of your medical appointment
If a support person or escort will be traveling with you—due to capacity, drivers may deny additional passengers that are not the person going to the appointment or medically documented escorts .

Peaceful Rides provides transportation for the local Peak to Peak community. Chris Perret, a.k.a. Dr. Fixit, has a 15 passenger van that can provide service for large parties for concerts, games, weddings, etc. He also has a van that provides transportation to the airport, medical appointments, and more.

VIA MOBILITY SERVICES
Via Mobility Services is a full-spectrum mobility manager offering paratransit, travel training, and mobility options information and referral services in Boulder County and beyond. Via also provides a wide range of community and group educational resources related to transportation for older adults, people with disabilities and others living with mobility limitations.
To accommodate the needs of the mountain community, Via offers mileage reimbursement to family members, friends or neighbors who provide a qualifying trip when Via cannot. To use this service, you must be registered with Via. To register, please contact Via’s Mobility Specialists at 303 444 3043.
